INSTRUCTIONS FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO TRIAL

As our meetings are attracting an increasing number of dogs we are now limiting the number we can take to 10 trials per meeting. Runs of whippets aged 10 months and over are considered trials. Anyone wishing to trial their dogs please book a slot when meeting entry's open via the entry form.

Trials may be half length or full depending on age. We will happily discuss the best options for your dogs.

All triallers must wear muzzles (except young puppies on short dashes and dogs running for the first time). All whippets must successfully pass clearing trials from Slips, wearing a muzzle and in company before being issued with an SWC passport at 12 months +. 

Please note, puppies aged 8 and 9 months have short dashes which are not included in the 10 trial limit.
