Passport Application:

All whippets must be issued with a passport before they can run in competition at Sporting Whippet Club. You can fill in the online form below or download and print the manual registration form at the bottom of this page. (enquire by email for the postal address of the Secretary)

Please complete one online form for each dog you have. When you press the 'send form' button then a summary will appear on the screen.

An email confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours. If you do not receive this, email sportingwhippetclub@hotmail.com

Once you have completed your form please make your payment and email your photographs and a copy of your dog's Kennel Club Registration Document to

Registration is a one off lifetime fee per dog, and once complete then your passport can be issued.

Passports cost £10.00 each and come in a protective clear wallet and include printing of the required photos.
