Passport Application:

All whippets must be issued with a passport before they can run in competition at Sporting Whippet Club. You can fill in the online form below .

Please complete one online form for each dog you have. When you press the 'send form' button then a summary will appear on the screen and you will receive an automated email confirmation. 

Once you have completed your form please make your payment and email your photographs and a copy of your dog's Kennel Club Registration owner certificate and trials card to

Registration is a one off lifetime fee per dog, and once complete then your passport can be issued.

Passports cost £10.00 each and come in a protective clear wallet and include printing of the required photos.
